Isabeau Korylak
Hi, I'm Isabeau! I'm a life coach, educator, and advocate who knows firsthand what it’s like to navigate the world as a neurodivergent person. Living with ADHD, I've experienced the challenges of trying to fit into systems that weren’t built with neurodiversity in mind. Those experiences inspired me to create Neurofriendly, an online resource and community where neurodivergent folks can find support and understanding, and I am so excited to be able to offer in person coaching through Cedar and Waves.
My approach blends personal experience with professional training. I'm certified in Flow Life Coaching and have completed advanced training through the iACT Centre and IDEO, allowing me to offer a unique blend of compassionate support and creative, practical problem solving. I focus on helping people unmask, find acceptance, and reconnect with what matters most to them so they can craft the life that truly works for them. Whether it’s creating boundaries, building connections, or designing systems that work with—not against—their unique brains, I'm passionate about helping people live lives that feel like home.
At the heart of my coaching is a deep belief that everyone deserves to feel seen, valued, and supported. My sessions are welcoming spaces for neurodivergent folks to explore who they really are, without judgment or pressure to conform. I truly believe that coaching is less about fixing and more about flourishing—working together to create a life where you feel safe, connected, and authentically yourself.

My Services
First Session
Our first session is all about getting to know each other. We’ll chat a little and I’ll give you a little more insight into the coaching relationship and what it is we can do together. I’ll ask you some questions about what brought you in to coaching, what you’re hoping to get out of it, but for the most part, it is about making sure that you get a good sense of who I am, and how I can help.
My hope is that you leave our first chat feeling seen, understood, and with a new perspective on what moving forward will look like for you.
What is Coaching?
Coaching is a compassionate partnership where we explore your unique needs, build strategies that honor your capacity, and create space for self-discovery, self-compassion, and meaningful growth.
We focus on the day-to-day experiences, what your barriers are, and what sorts of small changes you could experiment with in order to switch things up in a way that benefits you.
It’s conversational, confidential, and compassionate.
My style is very laid back, we often begin just by chatting and the things you’re navigating reveal themselves. My job is to help by asking questions, identifying themes, and following you along your journey in a way that allows you to examine how you think about your challenges and strengths.
Testimonials
“Beau has taught me so much, and given me language for my ADHD experience. I was burnt out from masking, understimulated, fawning, and paralyzed - before Beau, I just thought I was defective and needed to try harder. She gave me resources to explore my experience and to help me understand what ADHD actually was and how it was affecting my life.”
“Even after my first session, I found Beau’s approach more helpful than anyone I’ve worked with. She’s got a great depth of knowledge when it comes to neurodivergence, and shes clearly done the work and has the lived experience to help me dig deeper, reframe, and create new mindsets. She’s insightful, and she’s truly a good listener. And did I mention she’s funny? I’m so excited to continue working with her”
“My favourite part about working with Beau is the way I feel in session. I am the version of myself I want to be- alive, animated, passionate, intelligent, and most of all, UNDERSTOOD. Getting to spend that precious time with Beau has reminded me of who I really am and what I am capable of.”
